This Motel is owned and operated by the Victorian Golf League. The Motel can accommodate for various Golf Packages and Group bookings. The 1st Tee Motel would love to have you experience the pleasure of being able to stay at a Motel and crawl out of bed and on to the 1st Tee. This can happen here at Mirboo North Golf Course.

The Motel has thirteen accommodation units comprising of:- 1. A disabled unit with 1 Queen Size and 2 large single beds
2. Four units with 1 Queen Size and 1 large single bed
3. Eight units with 3 large single beds
