SENIORS & VETERANS: The Victorian Golf League conducts a Senior Pennant competition during the Pennant Season. This is played on Thursdays. To be elegible to play in this Competition the player must have attained the age of 50 prior to the first round of the season. For this season (2010) we have 5 divisions. The League also conduct a Senior and Veteran Championship. This event is usally held in October and is played on one of own VGL courses. To be elegible to play in the Senior Championship the player must have attained the age of 50 prior to the date of event.. The Veterans Championship is played on the same day and to be elegible to play in this Championship the player must have attained the age of 65 prior to the date of the event. The Victorian Golf Association also conducts Seniors events throughout the year at some very good golf courses. The age for their events is 55 and over. Also must have a handicap of 18 or less.
